Select the user/route view. This field-ready version saves locally, supports install from a hosted/localhost URL, and caches the app shell for offline loading after first launch.

Verify / Non-Locatable Addresses
Addresses flagged here are intentionally excluded from Google/Apple Maps routes until verified. Edit the map-ready address, then mark verified to allow routing.
Validation uses browser-based geocoding to confirm an address returns a map coordinate before it is allowed into route batches. Addresses that fail are moved/kept in Verify.
Assignment Summary
Auto-divide uses the selected inspector count. Building Official is separate and receives transferred/manual items.

Completed Inspections
Completed inspections are archived here and kept for calendar lookup, reports, view/print, and record retention. Completing an inspection removes it from Daily Assignments so the next active inspection moves up.

Batches
Routes are split into Google Maps batches of 8 stops. Finish + Auto Next opens the next stop; if it is the last stop of the current batch, it opens the next batch.

Saved Inspections / Permit Jobs
Every route stop opened in PRO is saved as a job record. Use this to return to a permit, review failures, print reports, or export a sync pack.
Multi-Inspector Sync
Static Netlify hosting cannot live-sync by itself. This build is sync-ready: each inspector can export a Sync Pack and a manager can import/merge it. Later this same data layer can connect to Supabase/Firebase/Netlify Functions for live cloud sync.
Workflow Audit
Audit the current RouteXR assignments for workload balance, route burden, fail/partial exposure, cancelled/unknown items, and possible schedule imbalance. This uses local route data already loaded into the app.
